It is pleasure to introduce the latest addition to our product offer – Prague ham.
Prague ham is one of the highest quality hams with a rich tradition. It was first produced in 1857 by František Zvěřina, butcher in Prague. It has since become a popular food not only in Central Europe. It is made from lightly smoked and cooked pork.
Prague ham from Nedzbala follows the traditional methods of production and is sold sold in 3.8 kg packs, with OČV 45559.
